Responsibilities:
- Theme and Plugin Customization: Develop and customize WordPress and Shopify themes/plugins to meet client requirements and enhance user experiences.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the table.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver outstanding digital solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in WordPress and Shopify theme/plugin customization.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and experience with relevant frameworks.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
