Job Description
Join Eurosoft Tech Private Limited as a Web Support Consultant! In this role, you will provide remote technical troubleshooting, support customers primarily in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, and handle support tickets. You will also assist with software installations and train customers while collaborating with the Product Development team.
Required qualifications include a Computer Science degree, strong spoken and written English skills, and an extroverted personality. Prior experience in software support and knowledge of Voice over IP are preferred.
