Job Description
Source Code Academia is seeking a dedicated Website Admin to manage various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Roster Making: Prepare and manage departmental rosters.
- Class Management: Oversee class schedules and related activities.
- Teacher’s Management: Handle teacher schedules and administrative tasks.
- IT Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for IT issues, ensuring resolution.
- Invoice Management: Track and manage invoices, including manual payments.
- Student Queries: Address and resolve invoice-related queries from students promptly.
- Reporting: Provide daily reports to the line manager on tasks and activities.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
