Job Description
Steps Ahead Private Limited is searching for a detail-oriented Workforce Management (WFM) and Reporting Analyst to join our team. This full-time position focuses on workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling while utilizing data analysis to optimize operations.
Key responsibilities include developing forecasts, monitoring real-time performance, analyzing metrics, and creating dashboards to visualize operational performance.
Qualifications include experience with WFM tools, proficiency in data analysis software, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Pay ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month.
