Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is located in Lahore and we are seeking a WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins while working collaboratively with design, development, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently on projects from conception to launch, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of WordPress CMS, PHP, and MySQL
- Experience with front-end web languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Experience building custom WordPress plugins and themes
- Comfortable working with APIs and using third-party libraries
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
- Understanding of web development security best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug code errors efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
