Role Description
This full-time, on-site internship role is for a WordPress Intern. The WordPress Intern will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining WordPress websites. They will work closely with the web development team and assist in coding, testing, and troubleshooting website functionalities. The WordPress Intern will coordinate with the project delivery team and be responsible for website deployment.
You Will Learn:
- Proficient in WordPress and knowledge of website development tools and languages
- Knowledge of web design and development principles
- Good understanding of SEO optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in web development, particularly WordPress development, is a plus
- Portfolio showcasing WordPress development projects is a plus
