Job Description
MARS Healthcare Network is looking for candidates with strong communication and patient care experience for our healthcare division. The person will serve as a liaison between the client, radiology panel, and internal team to ensure quality patient care.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing case routing concerning priority, modality expertise, physician schedule, and case volume.
- Provide weekly follow-up reports to include issues encountered during the shift to facilitate physician and client management to improve overall departmental performance.
- Responsible for answering all incoming calls, email requests, and complaints from physicians and clients, effectively and professionally in a fast-moving environment.
- Monitor work-lists on designated software to ensure TAT requirements are satisfied through a proactive approach and prompt response.
- Assume complete responsibility for daily work lists and timely delivery of reports to ensure the quality of deliverables to client satisfaction.
- Perform regular checks on pending tasks including open tickets and complete shift tasks in a timely fashion to ensure smooth shift handover.
- Liaison with the technical team to communicate software issues experienced by the client: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
