Job Description
Abacus Consulting – BPO is in search of a detail-oriented Workforce Management Executive to join our Islamabad team. This position is pivotal in ensuring effective staffing, scheduling, and performance forecasting for our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee staff schedules
- Monitor real-time queues and agent availability
- Analyze and track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with HR and Operations departments
- Generate Workforce Management reports
- Assist in headcount planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Workforce Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis techniques
