Job Description

Join our team at KAY TRANIX CALL CENTRE as an XFINITY Customer Service Representative! This onsite job requires availability for night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM. You will handle inbound calls concerning billing inquiries and service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction while troubleshooting technical problems related to internet, TV, and phone services.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Xfinity sales campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Minimum one year of experience in inbound Xfinity campaigns preferred

We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
