Job Description
Objective: The primary goal of the Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is to identify, develop, and empower exceptional final-year students from leading universities, offering them an immersive and hands-on learning experience that seamlessly integrates education with practical application.
Program Overview: The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) shall provide mentorship and structured learning opportunities to trainees necessary to excel in full-time permanent roles and be a part of a dynamic TWC International team.
Selection Process: The selection process for the Youth Leadership Program (YLP) will be rigorous and merit-based. Candidates will undergo a series of assessments, interviews, and evaluations to determine their suitability for the program. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate exceptional potential, a passion for learning, and a commitment to excellence.
Target Audience:
- BS Computer Science or Information Technology
- BBA (Finance)/ BS (Accounting and Finance), Actuarial Science, MS, MBA (Finance), ACCA, CA, or relevant field.
- BBA / MBA (HR)
- Civil / Electrical Engineer (AutoCAD)
Requirements:
CGPA: We will be setting the minimum required CGPA to be 2.8 for being eligible to give the test.
Years of Education: The candidate must have completed 16 years of education.
Experience: Fresh or less than 1-year experience.
