Job Description
The main objective of the Zonal Accountant is to monitor Area Accounts & Finance activities, ensuring smooth operations as per company policies in order to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Pursue Cash and Credit Sales and ensure their recording on a daily basis.
- Ensure the recording of Cash and Cheque Recovery on a daily basis.
- Balance Cash in Hand ledger with Physical cash on a daily basis, including E-Payments.
- Visit Area branches along with company Express centers.
- Deposit Cash and ensure recording of deposits on a daily basis.
- Keep accounts Record and maintain according to policy.
- Manage Stock Keeping related to accounts and its issuance.
- Disburse petty cash payment and ensure its recording in the system.
- Ensure to clear IOUs as per policy.
- Coordinate daily with Head Office for updating reports.
