Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a talented Zonal Manager responsible for managing, controlling, monitoring, and evaluating operations to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency within your designated zone.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all branches effectively.
- Ensure resource availability, including Human Resources and IT Equipment.
- Assist in recruitment and staff training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide timely reporting to Head Office.
- Ensure security of parcels during delivery.
Qualifications: Graduation / 14 Years Education, 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills.
