Job Description
Work with the sales team, supply chain business partner, and distributors to develop a process to manage trade stock freshness. Ensure compliance of the process, identify resources required and highlight deviations.
Collaborate with supply chain business partners to educate distributors on FIFO management. Highlighting slow-moving stock to manage trade expiries. Liaise with CALs to develop liquidation plans for slow-moving stock.
Collate Sales Returns data entered into Crystal. Analyze sales returns data monthly and share action points with regional as well national leadership teams.
Ensure Sales Returns Policy is updated, communicated, and followed by the sales team.
Articulate and present monthly root cause analysis for Sales Returns providing recommendations for improvement.
