Job Description
Responsibilities
- Must have worked with FMCG, retail, beverages, confectionery, tobaccos.
- Manage and implement business plans to achieve shipment volumes, in-market sales, and secondary sales.
- Review Sales performance and key indicators for continuous improvement.
- Achieve primary & secondary sales targets, availability & visibility of all Sku’s.
- Build relationships with Key Accounts, execute merchandising, and shelf displays.
- Manage distribution network, sales forecast, and trade marketing activities.
- Develop new areas by establishing an effective network of Distributors/Dealers.
- Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan through Sales KPIs.
- Provide inspirational leadership, coaching, and motivate the team.
- Be proactive in capturing business development opportunities.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s / Master
Experience: 06 to 08 years (Retail/FMCG)
Location: Gujranwala/Sialkot
