Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in FMCG, retail, beverages, confectionery, tobaccos.
- Manage and implement business plans to achieve shipment volumes, sales targets, and distribution-related KSI.
- Review sales performance and key indicators for continuous improvement.
- Achieve primary & secondary sales targets, manage SKU availability & visibility.
- Build relationships with Key Accounts, execute merchandising, and manage distribution network.
- Develop new areas through effective distributor networks.
- Ensure implementation of the Annual Operating Plan through Sales KPIs.
- Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to the team.
- Be proactive in capitalizing on business development opportunities based on market insights.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s / Master
Experience: 6 to 8 years in Retail/FMCG
Location: Sheikhupura
