Company Description:
Gunj Glass Works Ltd and its sister concern Ali Glass Industries are leading glass manufacturing industries in Pakistan. They use Belgian technology on European/Japanese plant to manufacture world-class architectural and home ware glass with a production capacity of approximately 200 tons per day. In addition, they have a Safety and Decorative Glass Division for glass processing to produce high-quality value-added glass.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager Tableware Division located in Lahore. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and generating revenue in their assigned area. The day-to-day tasks associated with the role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, managing sales targets, and reporting to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, preferably in the glass industry
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of marketing and selling techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus
