Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and sales performance data to develop effective strategies.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience and proficiency in working with our sales system/software to efficiently manage and track sales activities.
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of targets and goals.
- Embrace a growth mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development, and encouraging the same within the team.
- Drive results by being target-oriented, setting clear sales objectives, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Be willing to go on field visits as needed, interact with clients, understand their requirements, and build strong relationships.
- Display operational expertise by overseeing sales processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing streamlined procedures.
Job Location: Karachi
Min. Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or a related field
Experience: 7-8 years in Sales
