Assembly Team Leader (Cleanroom)

อัตรา 1
- Responsible for working with the Clean Room Supervisor on the day-to-day activities in production
- Manage a team of technicians to fully utilize their skills and experiences
- Constantly looking for the method to improve processes
- Establish a culture of excellence in execution, continuous improvement, and communication
- Coordinate production activities with other sections/ departments to optimize team members, schedules, and production
- Engage with other sections/ departments to utilize capacity models and assess constraints as projected demand changes
- Help identify and resolve production problems by utilizing specification and measure parts to maintain statistical process control charts
- Support and drive lean principles throughout the manufacturing floor
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical vacuum assemblies, throttle valves, sub-assemblies, cathodes, and cooling units
- Inspect components to meet required specifications

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a team leadership role within the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Electrical/Electronic Engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
