Job Description
Izo and Simone Builders, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Property Management Specialist to enhance our sales and leasing efforts for various residential properties. The ideal candidate will promote and lease houses and condominiums while building strong relationships with potential buyers and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through social media and networking.
- Provide information about property listings.
- Negotiate sales contracts.
- Collaborate on design projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Real estate sales experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Filipino.
- Strong understanding of market trends.
