Job Description
The Brain Computer Corporation is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our accounting team as a Credit and Collection Staff. Under the supervision of the accounting manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer account balances, detecting and collecting overdue payments, and performing collection calls.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer account balances.
- Detect and collect overdue payments.
- Perform collection calls of past due and delinquent accounts.
- Update payment records.
- Compile documents and verify invoices for payment.
- Reconcile various expenditure accounts on time.
- Maintain accounting database.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any Accounting-related course.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience as a credit & collection staff.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping.
- Attentive to details and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Computer literate.
- Preferably NCR residents.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
