Job Description

Location: Hanston Square Building
Setup: Work Onsite
Schedule: 5:30am-2:30pm PST
Qualification:
- At least a High School Diploma is required
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the IT industry
- Must understand GPO’s, Hyper-V, intermediate networking, Microsoft: 365, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with knowledge base tools (e.g., ITGlue, ConnectWise Manage, Automate) is a plus
Needed Certification/s:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (900)
- CCST (Cisco Certified Support Technician Certifications)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
Bonus points if you have one of the following certifications in addition to the ones above:
- Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist Certification (CMSS)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (104)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
