Job Description
Maintain financial records, general ledger entries, and expense tracking
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Reconcile bank statements, to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budget reports, and management reports to support decision-making processes
Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for management review
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and employee benefits administration
Prepares information for the 3rd party bookkeeper to comply with tax returns
Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Lead a team of accounting staffs and accountants
