Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Payroll/Compensation and Benefits team
- Generate payslips
- Timekeeping via HRMESS System and monitoring of leaves/absences
- Assist in the processing of employee government loans, quit claim, cash advance, and processing of clearance
- Assisting employees with concerns on benefits and compensation
- Creation of company ID
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Ability to work in the office
Job Type: Full-time
