Job Description
Coordinating transportation, managing inventory, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role also involves active participation in data analysis, reporting, and contributing to logistics strategy development.
General Task List:
- Maintain precise records of inventory, stock transfers, and logistics activities using the Odoo system.
- Collaborate with each branch to comprehend their specific logistics requirements.
- Monitor stock levels, initiate reorder processes as necessary, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate the transportation of goods between branches, optimizing efficiency in logistics operations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify stock accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies across all branches.
- Implement best practices to optimize overall logistics performance, utilizing the Odoo system to enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to branch staff on effective logistics processes, ensuring consistent adherence to standards.
- Monitor and review the required reports in all branches, ensuring transparency and accountability.
