Job Description
- Prepares Semi-Monthly Payroll Report and Bank Advice.
- Prepares monthly adjustments on salaries, allowances & deductions.
- Prepares monthly entries for salaries and employee benefits.
- Computes monthly accrual and adjustments on employee benefits.
- Monitors paid and unpaid leaves.
- Maintains employee accounts and mandatory contributions ledgers.
- Issues pay slips on a timely manner.
- Updates employee records in payroll system.
- Prepares year-end BIR Alpha list and form 2316.
- Prepares year-end conversion of Leave Credits and other benefits.
- Perform any other duties as required for the role as requested by Management.
