Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administer office operations, including support for purchasing, property inventory, building admin coordination, equipment management, and waste disposal.
- Maintains stock of all office supplies.
- Connects with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvements.
- Assists in the coordination of administrative functions, including events preparation, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties.
- Others as instructed by Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent vocational course is acceptable.
- At least 1-3 years of work experience is preferred.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude.
- Resident of Muntinlupa City and nearby cities (or willing to relocate).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
