Job Description
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate/Master’s Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or related industry practice
- LET Passer is an advantage
- Excellent communicator
- Possess strategic teaching skills
MAJOR ROLE:
- Lead in managing retention program
- 20 hours teaching, 20 hours administrative work per week
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Delivers Face-to-Face instruction
2. Monitors student enrollment
3. Conducts co-curricular activities
4. Manages student concerns
5. Encodes, reviews and approves grades
6. Performs administrative tasks
7. Assumes campus Dean functions
8. Drives student retention strategies
9. Monitors faculty attendance
10. Communicates policies and advisories
11. Performs assigned tasks
