Job Description
Sales Admin Coordinator:
1. Entertain phone calls, walk-in/online inquiries, and attend to visitors for enrollment.
2. Processes the enrollment of students.
4. Assists in the generation of student database and manages the branch CRM.
5. Assists in the maintenance of the branch social media accounts and ensuring digital presence.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1. Man the efficient operation of the office and act as the focal person of the campus.
2. Ensure the property and facilities of the school are properly protected and maintained.
3. Manages and ensures the timely processing of payments for lease, utilities, janitorial, and security.
4. Transact with regulators and government agencies, including processing business permits in close coordination with HO.
5. Handle billings with PEAC/DepED and manage students’ scholarships/subsidies concerns.
Registrar Duties:
1. Coordinate with ACR the requests for credentials and issue them to students.
2. Responsible for the collection and safekeeping of student records.
3. Serve as a representative of the campus to CHED/DepEd/TESDA on matters related to student credentials.
4. Submit reports such as enrollment, terminal, and requests for SO/CAV to regulators.
