As a Technical Support / Service Desk representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers who are experiencing technical issues with products or services.
Your main tasks include troubleshooting problems, guiding customers through solutions, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
