Job Description
InnovaThink Corporation is urgently seeking a Human Resource Staff to join their team in Las Pinas City.
SET UP: Hybrid (3x Days Onsite – 2x Days WFH)
Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and training.
- Provide HR support and promote conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in policy development and performance management.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven HR Generalist experience.
- Understanding of HR policies and laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven teamwork aptitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php25,00.00 per month
