Job Description
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring IT professionals to fill open positions within the company. Your tasks will include reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the job.
You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the qualifications and skills needed for each role.
