Job Description
Job Purpose:
A Teacher’s / Sales Agent shall be responsible in the achievement of loan target and maintenance of good loan portfolio quality. S/he is also responsible in relationship management/account servicing to help ensure maintenance of good loan portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies, solicits, and maintains desirable loan accounts in the assigned area of responsibility.
- Implements marketing strategies for loan origination target achievement.
- Gathers, assesses, and validates loan documentary requirements and business information.
- Monitors accounts proactively for good loan portfolio quality.
- Assesses funding structure suitable for clients’ needs.
- Conducts remedial collection efforts.
- Provides inputs for lending operation improvements.
- Performs assigned tasks by the leader.
