Job Description
A Teacher’s Loan/Sales Agent shall be responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining a good loan portfolio quality. Also, responsible for relationship management and account servicing to ensure good loan portfolio quality.
Primary Accountabilities
- Identifies, solicits, and maintains desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
- Implements marketing strategies for loan origination target achievement.
- Gathers, assesses, and validates loan documentary requirements and business information.
- Determines appropriate funding structure suitable to clients’ needs.
- Implements proactive account monitoring and servicing activities.
- Provides inputs for improving lending operation policies.
- Performs other assigned tasks and remedial collection efforts.
