Job Description
Job Purpose: The Teacher’s / Sales Agent will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio and achieving loan targets. Additionally, they will focus on relationship management and account servicing to uphold the loan portfolio’s quality standards.
Main Accountabilities:
- Identifying, soliciting, and maintaining desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
- Implementing marketing strategies to reach loan origination goals.
- Gathering and assessing documentation and business information for credit evaluation.
- Monitoring accounts proactively to maintain loan portfolio quality.
- Assessing suitable funding structures for clients based on their needs.
- Providing input for operational policy improvements.
- Handling remedial collection efforts.
- Performing assigned tasks from superiors.
