Job Description
The Telemarketer at Honda Cars Cavite ensures smooth operation by providing quality service and completing tasks on time. Responsibilities include contacting potential customers, explaining product details, and soliciting sales while upholding the company’s values.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the CRA and CRO with dealership activities.
- Help customers schedule service appointments.
- Conduct customer interviews when necessary.
- Maintain and monitor service records.
- Prepare relevant reports.
- Coordinate customer appointments and service requests.
- Follow company policies and safety standards.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Parts and Service Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate in business or management.
- Customer-oriented and patient.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php15,816.66 per month
