Job Description

As our Company Messenger / Liaison, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient and effective communication between our company and various external stakeholders. This includes delivering important documents, packages, and messages to clients, partners, and other professionals. Additionally, you will act as a liaison, representing our company during meetings, events, and other important occasions.
Here are the key responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of important documents, packages, and messages.
- Manage and coordinate the company’s transportation needs.
- Act as a representative of the company during meetings, events, and important occasions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
