Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business or Accounting related courses.
- Experience not required but preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible.
- With computer knowledge.
Job Summary:
Responsible for accurate timely billing statements and statement of accounts. Ensure timely application of payments with the properties being handled. Monitors aging of receivables and performs account reconciliation where applicable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform generation of statements and statement of accounts for tenants and unit owners based on agreed timeline.
- Monitor aging of accounts receivable.
- Sending billing statements and statement of accounts to the person in charge of properties being handled.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
- Day shift.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
