Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform basic accounting duties.
2. Records all sales, purchases, and expenses. Recording of all vouchers, cash, and checks.
3. Prepares, files, and submits all government-mandated reporting requirements.
4. Ensures that all BIR payments are paid on time.
5. Monitoring of all accounts receivables and payables of all the companies.
6. Check processing and releasing.
7. Inventory management for all companies.
8. Point person for all permits and licenses. Coordinates with 3rd party accountants for government permits renewal annually.
10. Creates internal financial statements for each company.
11. Performed other tasks as deemed necessary by superiors.
