Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares Payments
- Prepares salary remittances
- Prepares Tax payments
- Encoding in accounting system (SMIDAS)
- Handles petty cash transactions
- Prepare journal entries for every transactions and adjustments.
- Prepares monthly reports for head office
- Performs banking transactions
- Communicate with other project concerns.
Job Qualifications:
- Distinctly self-motivated and can handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Can work and communicate well with various departments and suppliers if needed
- Detailed and deadline oriented
- With At least 2 years experience in Accounts Payable and Cashflow
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
