Job Description
- In charge of creating new products/sku, prices, and customers’ names via QuickBooks
- Checking suppliers’ invoices and receipts for the preparation of payments
- Tagging payments issued to suppliers
- Preparation of EWT (Expanded Withholding Tax) for suppliers
- In charge of adjusting prices from suppliers via QuickBooks
- Monitoring deductions/claims from suppliers to be applied upon payment
