Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Accounts Service Staff. As an Accounts Service Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing accounts for our clients. You will also assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to accounts, provide accurate and timely information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients regarding their accounts
- Process account-related transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in account reconciliations and prepare reports
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Resolve account-related issues in a timely manner
