Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support for efficient office operations
- Carries out administrative tasks like filing, typing, and more
- Schedules and assigns administrative projects
- Supports team with organization and communication tasks
- Maintains supplies inventory and expedites orders
- Contributes to team efforts effectively
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php610.00 per day
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
