Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelors or Associate degree of any course.
- With experience in clerical jobs is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Has good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out administrative work and associated activity as assigned by the department leads.
- Processing, routing, compiling, and archiving documents.
- Maintenance and updating of databases.
- Maintaining high-level housekeeping in the work area and ensuring safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned by the Base Maintenance Operations Department.
