Job Description
- Renders professional nursing care to any type of patients
- Assists doctors in rendering quality preventive health check care
- Complies with the functions assigned by immediate supervisor
– Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer medications, and assess overall patient condition.
– Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.
– Implement emergency protocols and provide life-saving interventions as necessary.
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all aspects of care.
– Keep thorough records of medications administered, treatments provided, and changes in patient status.
– Advocate for patients’ needs and preferences within the healthcare team.
– Ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care and that their rights are respected.
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance patient care.
– Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with advancements in nursing and healthcare.
– Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training programs.
– Adhere to ethical and legal standards in nursing practice.
– Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional integrity.
