Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Manage email communications, including drafting and sending emails, responding to inquiries, and organizing documentation.
2. Create and maintain spreadsheets, such as Statement of Values (SOVs), using Excel to track and organize property information.
3. Conduct phone calls to clients as needed, including following up on payment statuses, recommendations, or required documents.
4. Ensure effective and professional communication with clients, maintaining a high standard of English proficiency.
5. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information by company policies.
Qualifications:
Required:
1. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Able to write emails well
3. Tech-savvy
4. With knowledge of spreadsheets and MS Excel
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in documentation.
Advantage:
1. HawkSoft experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
