Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with transactions, resolving complaints, and providing information.
- Informing customers about bank products and services.
- Accurately tracking and storing transaction data.
- Maintaining cash drawers and handling currency responsibly.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a business-related course.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- High accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Sales skills and professional appearance are advantageous.
