We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at Orbit Extension PH.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs with scripts and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work on-site in Ortigas.
- Available for rotating shifts.
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status, 18 years old and above.
- HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE, conversant in English.
- Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy.
Nice to have (Optional):
- Customer service experience in a call center or support environment.
