Job Description
Job Scope:
Generally:
- Monthly financial closings
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Preparing account reconciliations
- Accounting procedures
- Financial projects
Specifically:
- Accounts Payable – Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll
- Credit Cards – Processing credit card statements and reconciliations
- Update QuickBooks, prepare journal entries, process invoices
- Generate financial reports and perform administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years of QuickBooks Online bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication and analytical skills
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php44,00.00 per month
