Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Records cheques in the software system.
  • Prepares and records journal vouchers.
  • Checks and updates liquidation reports.
  • Monitors and advises employee’s payroll deduction.
  • Prepares payment of withholding taxes payable, both compensation & expanded.
  • Prepares payment for SS, HDMF, Phil health contributions, and loans.
  • Prepares payment for hospital bill charges to students & employees.
  • Prepares payment for loans principal and interest payable.
  • Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Bookkeeping NC II (Preferred)
