Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Records cheques in the software system.
- Prepares and records journal vouchers.
- Checks and updates liquidation reports.
- Monitors and advises employee’s payroll deduction.
- Prepares payment of withholding taxes payable, both compensation & expanded.
- Prepares payment for SS, HDMF, Phil health contributions, and loans.
- Prepares payment for hospital bill charges to students & employees.
- Prepares payment for loans principal and interest payable.
- Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Required)
License/Certification:
- Bookkeeping NC II (Preferred)
