Job Description
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as Admin Officer.
- With Safety Officer certification is an advantage.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Has the ability to multitask and can perform under pressure.
- Willing to start immediately.
Short Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the utility and electrician-maintenance team, including but not limited to making the work schedule of the utility and maintenance, monitoring the cleanliness of the facility by roaming around the premises from time to time, etc.
- Record keeping of the documents related to the safety of the facility.
- Liaises between the management and the government offices (ex. coordinating with BFP for fire safety purposes, coordination with barangay for waste disposal, etc.).
- Monitoring and ordering of office supplies.
- Coordination with the pest control team.
- Close coordination with admin and security team of Head Office for safety and security concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to Commute:
- San Jose del Monte, Bulacan (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- San Jose del Monte, Bulacan: Relocate before starting work (Required)
